I haven’t been sharing videos in a while so here’s 2 local ones.
I’ve never seen or heard The Pinholes play. I think they came about during the time I was not in Singapore. By the time I came back, The Pinholes is a local band whose name you regularly see printed on a flyer. But since I’ve been so out of it not attending any gigs, I’ve yet to experience The Pinholes live. But Razi brought me to their myspace profile and I just have to say CUTE LA KORANG! And you really got me at your viral video for the single ‘Preferably’. Perhaps I’m kinda late but I so suka! Commendable. Where the hell did you guys get that footage? Big ups.
Today, Rizkin, a senior from my secondary school, asked me if I had today’s New Paper. She wanted to know if the Singapore Air Force air traffic controller in the article was my classmate Sharon Kaur from Cedar. Sharon and I were partners in crime for a bit in school. We lost touch and recently found each other on Facebook. I knew she was in the Air Force but I didn’t know what she’s doing exactly. I couldn’t find the article online but I found the Ministry of Defence’s YouTube platform.
Sharon, that is just so hot! Sharon has always been hot and lanky since school, I thought she was going to be a model. But this is way hotter. One of these days, I’m gonna need The Voice for a Voice Over heheh.
On another note, à la folie will be screened at the Jakarta International Film Festival on the 10th of December. à la folie is the second film for Sanif Olek’s Love trilogy. It won Best Short Film at the 4th Jogja NETPAC Asian Film Festival earlier this year
